Meta (formerly known as Facebook) comes with special chat support for customers whose accounts are locked. Testing for this feature has already begun in the United States.
The US social media company has come up with this new feature for customers whose accounts have been blocked for suspicious activity or for which accounts have been banned for violating the rules of the platform.
A statement from the company said, “The live chat feature has been piloted in the Facebook app. The service is designed to help English-speaking customers worldwide.
This is the first time that Facebook has introduced a live chat feature to help customers with their accounts. This special chat has started experimentally for customers in the US. The company has appointed a special relationship manager for this. However, customers will get answers not only about Facebook, but also about Instagram account. At the same time, the creators will also get help from this live chat.
By logging in to Facebook, creators will be able to access special live support. There is a system to report problems directly to company officials about payments and other issues. You can also ask questions about any new features and get answers.
