

Honda Amaze hits two million sales milestone in India In 2013, Honda launched this car in the Indian market. They launched the second generation model in 2016. Since then, there have been 4.8 lakh happy customers of the first and second generation Amaze cars in the country.
Honda Amaze retains 6% of its sales among other sedans in India’s 2nd and 3rd tier cities. This car of CVT transmission is used by 40% of the customers as the first car of their life. It is available in three variants in the Indian market – E, S and VX.
The Honda Amaze is available in two engine options – 1.2 liter petrol and 1.5 liter diesel. The first produces 90 bhp of power and 110 Nm of torque. And the second has a manual transmission engine of 99 bhp and 200 Nm of torque and the automatic transmission has 80 bhp of power and 160 Nm of torque. Its competitors in the market are Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Tata Tigor and Hyundai Aura.
